INTERNET RETURNS

Moxie Brand Apparel will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN Merchandise within 10 business days of receipt of your order and must be received back at the warehouse within 10 business days of the shipping date. To process Returns, please visit our website, under Return Policy click the “Return/Exchange Request” form and fill this form out in its entirety and include the form within the package you wish to return. NOTE: Once an order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled (see Cancellations).  Upon completing the “Return/Exchange Request” form, include the form with your unused returned item(s), at which point you will be eligible for a Web Credit only, less any shipping costs.  You, the consumer, will be responsible for any shipping costs of item(s) to and from MOXIE Brand Apparel. 

Orders may be returned through UPS, FedEx, USPS or any courier service that provides a tracking number AND requires a signature.  Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.  To ensure accurate processing, do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a “Return Request” form, as your package may be sent back to you. You may also contact our Customer Service department, via phone 1-202-656-6610, email info.moxiebrand@gmail.com for assitance. Usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.

PLEASE NOTE: Clearance Items, Custom Items and Accessories may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards, Shipping & Handling and Electronic Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. All purchases are final on Clearance items, Custom items, Accessories, Electronic Gift Cards and physical Gift Cards.

For Canadian Orders, please contact us via email, or phone to receive a return authorization number. Ship the product(s) back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us. As with domestic orders, shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order restocking fee. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment, less the shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have the item you want at that time. We will, however, honor an exchange if the merchandise being requested is in stock.  Therefore, we suggest you place a new order for the style and or color you would like and then visit our "Return Policy" link and complete a "Return/Exchange Request" form in its entirety and include the form within the unused item(s) that are being returned or call Customer Service at 1-202-656-6610 for assistance prior to requesting an exchange.  You, the consumer, will be responsible for any shipping costs of item(s) to and from MOXIE Brand Apparel.  When you call Customer Service regarding exchanges, please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued through the original method of payment, less the shipping costs, once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
